Richard Evans, a Furniture Maker and Designer from London is the founder of RichCraft Furniture. A specialist Bespoke Furniture Manufacturing company that is highly skilled and experienced in making one-of-a-kind pieces.
RichCraft Furniture can design and manufacture original, designer furniture for residential and commercial environments. Made by hand, we work with customers throughout the UK from our studio and workshop. Richard is a Designer-Maker by training and has gain a BA Hons Degree from Plymouth University. He is drawn to using metal and wood to create ambitious, beautifully crafted, functioning furniture.
Established in 2018, RichCraft is built on expertise gained from working across disciplines of Art, Photography and Design. Richard has a passion for creating unique and stylish pieces from metal and wood. As a furniture design business, we can pitch ideas, create drawings and advise on materials and finishes in order to transform your idea into reality.

After designing comes making. Each piece is unique and so is this processes is tailor to your design.
We aim to complete each project within 4-6 weeks from confirmation. This lead time might change depending on the scale & complexity of work.

When your piece is made and ready to be shopped we will let you know. Delivery is included in the cost of the order so nothing additional to pay.
Most of our furniture piece arrive fully assembled and ready for use. If needed, we can arrange for a courier to assist with delivery upon request.

How do I commission bespoke furniture?
Commissioning furniture is easier than you think. To get the ball rolling please get in touch with your idea. We can ask some question that will help you develop the concept further and provide advice.
I can’t draw, how to I show you what I want?
No problem. As part of the process for residential projects. Richard is able to create accurate 3D drawings using AutoCAD software. Any images or research you can share with us that is a bonus.
Are material samples available to see?
We have an online material library which can give you a flavour of whats available. It’s also helpful to decipher some of the more technical material choices.
How long does it take to create my piece?
A project’s lead time is really dictated by how complex a project is. However, for residential projects we work on a lead time of 4-6 weeks once the order is confirmed.
How much does Bespoke Furniture cost?
Bespoke Furniture costs vary due to design, material used and size. So providing an estimate takes a bit of time. However, you are unlikely to find is furniture that’s better-made, longer-lasting, more thoughtfully designed.
How do I confirm my bespoke furniture order?
We operate a model which allows customers to pay 50% upfront then 50% before delivery. The first 50% will secure your production slot and allow us to purchase the materials required to build the furniture.
How is my Furniture delivered
Delivery is carried out by courier. If a site assessment is required due to the size of the piece we will let you you know. Where possible designs will be flat pack with assembly required.
Will I receive updates whilst my furniture is made?
We will send you progress updates and images where possible. This helps tell the story of your piece and hopefully gives you an idea of what you will receive.
